Option 1: Delete from inside the app
The fastest way — your account is deleted immediately.
- Open the SledgeLab app and sign in
- Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your registered email address.

Send to ndavenport@themb1.com with the subject "Delete My SledgeLab Account."
We'll process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation when it's done.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your email address and hashed password
- Your display name, sport, position, and experience level
- Your profile photo (if uploaded)
- Any AI chat conversation history
What stays on your device
Training session history, saved presets, and session statistics are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. To remove these:
- iOS: Delete the SledgeLab app — this clears all local data
- Android: Go to Settings → Apps → SledgeLab → Storage → Clear Data, or uninstall the app
Retention period
Account data is removed immediately when you delete from the app. For email requests, we typically process deletions within 7 days and always within 30 days. Some data may be retained briefly in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being fully purged, as required for system integrity.
